5.レッスン開始

プログラムのロジスティックスが整ったら、講師・生徒を募集し、チューターと生徒のマッチングし、レッスンを開始します。

6. Launch Your Program

After our second meeting, you’ll be ready to begin recruiting tutors, finding students, matching tutors to students, and offering lessons! We will check in with you every few weeks to see how things are going, and we can set up additional meetings as necessary.

After one full lesson cycle (1-4 months), we will schedule the third meeting with you to reflect on your first lesson cycle and discuss what went well and what didn't. We will work together to build plans for the rest of the year, particularly on important topics such as financials, events planning, recruitment, and internal management. In addition to the same two ALTO Team members, our Chief Financial Officer and Program Events Coordinator will be present at this meeting.

7. Third Meeting

8. Keep Running Your Program

After our third meeting, you’ll continue running your program. We will check in with you every few weeks and will set up additional meetings with you to plan and execute new additions and developments to your program such as performances, fundraisers, workshops, local PR coverage, program expansion, transfer of leadership, and more! In addition, your program will be eligible to receive discounted music products and apply for grants through the ALTO Grants Program. We will continue to promote your program through showcases, social media, and referrals. Your program will also be invited to attend ALTO events such as monthly recitals, lectures, masterclasses, and music fairs.
